Management Profile
After retiring from the army, Major Mor (Consultant) began his hotel career with the Oberol group of hotels, picking up the finer nuances of the trade before taking over the reins of their property in Orissa, as the General Manager, and being responsible for a whopping increase in turnover - of about 400%. Having been in the hotel industry for about two decades now, Major Mor has successfully lead teams at some of the best names in the hospitality business, In his capacity as the Vice President - Operations, at the Ohri's Group, Major Mor has pulled off major challenges with super success, single-handedly turning the fortunes of Ohri's Hotel at Banjara Hills, Prasads Imax, Hyderabad Central and other places. Major Mor is a name well respected and lookup to in the city today.

J.P.Reddy (Managing Director)
With a clear vision, J. P. Reddy has successfully ventured into the hospitality business in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad. With his determination and forethought, he started one of the popular restaurants in Secunderabad – Pepper Pods – which of course had gained a strong foothold in the hospitality industry. At present, the name is synonymous with value for money. J. P. Reddy believes in the philosophy of best quality food and service at the most affordable prices. Shortly thereafter his vision and foresight was in search of a new pasture and thus The Grand Solitaire (a three star hotel), a well known city landmark and popular meeting place, came into existence. Karan Mor (Director)
An alumnus of the prestigious Rashtriya Indian Military College Dehradun, Major Mor's son. Karan Mor, realized early his penchant for hospitality. He got his degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore, joining the ITC Welcom group as a Management trainee. He's well acknowledged for his managerial abilities in the fraternity and has played host to many a global dignitary and celebrity during his stint at the ITC Maurya Sheraton. He later bid farewell to an otherwise well-settled life in the corporate world, to join Livewell..
